Biography

Bo Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The City College of New York. He received the M.S. degree in Control Theory and Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018 and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University in 2022. Prior to joining CCNY, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on nonlinear control and autonomy, particularly safety-critical control, extremum and source seeking, and cooperative control of networked, nonholonomic, and underactuated robotic systems.
